Mushroom Foraging and Cooking Class

Join the RFL Library in collaboration with the Colorado Myco League on an expert-led foraging trip for wild mushrooms.

We will meet at the library, then spend an hour on the Killpecker Trail searching for culinary fungi before bringing a harvest back to the POA for a demonstration on how to cook them.
